    Exercise goals

    What are your exercise goals?  What are you doing to achieve them?

    I want to lose 5 kilograms of fat and get more muscle.

    So far I started doing stomach exercises:  the plank, bicycle crunches, and regular crunches.
    Then, I also go to the gym to do compound exercises like bench press, leg press, and lat pull down.  plus
    some exercises for my arm muscles.
    I've also started biking and I want to jog more often!
